These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aurum Protokol website, the Four Pillars Assessment, our digital books, and our personalized protocol service (together, the "Services"), operated by Aurum Protokol ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
The Services are intended for adults. By using the Services you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Aurum Protokol's books, assessment, and personalized protocols are educational and self-improvement content covering physical health, mindset, relationships, and purpose. Nothing we publish is medical advice, a medical device, a mental health service, or a substitute for care from a licensed physician, therapist, dietitian, or other qualified professional.
You should talk to a qualified professional before making significant changes to diet, exercise, supplementation, or medication, especially if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. You're responsible for how you use the information we provide, and for getting appropriate professional guidance where it's warranted.
Prices for books and personalized protocols are shown on their respective pages and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We don't store your full payment card details ourselves — that's handled by the payment processor under its own terms and security practices.
When you purchase a book, you're buying a personal, non-transferable license to access and read that content for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish any part of a book or protocol you purchase. All content remains the intellectual property of Aurum Protokol.
Every book comes with a 14-day guarantee: if you don't think a book was worth what you paid, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no form, no follow-up questions. This guarantee applies to individual book purchases and the Complete Library bundle. To request a refund, email hello@aurumprotokol.com.
Personalized protocols are a custom one-on-one service; because work begins on your specific protocol as soon as your intake is submitted, refund terms for protocols may differ and will be confirmed with you directly before you purchase.
The assessment is free to take and provided for informational and self-reflection purposes. Your results are based entirely on your own self-reported answers and are not a diagnostic or clinical evaluation of any kind.
You agree not to misuse the Services. That includes not attempting to copy or scrape our content at scale, not attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, and not using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
The Services are provided "as is." While we work to keep the site and content accurate and available, we don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome or result will follow from using our books, assessment, or protocols. Individual results vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurum Protokol won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
