This Privacy Policy explains what information Aurum Protokol ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use our website, take the Four Pillars Assessment, submit an intake form, or purchase a book or protocol, and how that information is used.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Contact details — your name and email address, when you take the Four Pillars Assessment, submit an intake form, or contact us.
- Assessment and intake answers — the self-reported answers you give about your goals, habits, and current situation across the four pillars (Body, Mind, Heart, Spirit). These are used to generate your results and, if you request one, to build your personalized protocol.
- Purchase information — when you buy a book or protocol, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made and basic order details; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Communications — anything you send us directly, such as support or refund requests by email.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking software on this website. If that changes, we'll update this policy to reflect it.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver your assessment results, book access, or personalized protocol.
- To email you things you've asked for — your results, purchase confirmations, and, if you've opted in, updates about Aurum Protokol.
- To respond to support requests, including refund requests under the 14-day guarantee.
- To improve our books, assessment, and protocols based on aggregate patterns in the (anonymized) data we see.
3. How we share your information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers — the tools we use to run the site and process payments (for example, our payment processor and email delivery service) receive the information needed to do their job, and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
- Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Aurum Protokol or others.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining purchase records. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.

- You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- If you've opted into email updates, every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Because the Four Pillars Assessment and intake form ask about physical health, mental and emotional wellbeing, and personal goals, we treat this information with extra care. It's used only to generate your results and, where applicable, your personalized protocol — never sold, and never shared beyond what's described in this policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on reputable third-party providers for payment processing and email delivery. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
